Fixed term contracts
In this scenario Upstream would supply the candidate and then the candidate is employed by you and paid by you rather than through Upstream’s payroll.
This service may be suitable when it is imperative that the exact cost of a project needs to be defined and fixed from the outset. A one time fee is payable for this service on a similar basis to a permanent fee scale.
